会館利用方法
使用の手続き
会館を使用する場合は、あらかじめ隣保館施設使用許可申請書に必要事項を記入して受付に提出してください。
※ただし、個人で使用しようとする場合は、事務室に備付の使用申込簿に記入し、館長の許可を受けてください。
使用の制限
次の事項に該当するときは許可しません。
- 公の秩序を乱し、または善良な風俗を害する恐れがあると認めるとき。
- 暴力排除の趣旨に反すると認めるとき。
- 管理上支障があると認めるとき。
注意事項
- 使用に当たっては、必ず職員の指示に従うこと。
- 許可を受けた目的以外に使用しないこと。
- 使用する部屋の準備および使用後の後片付けは利用者で行うこと。
