Notification of use of tap water
You must make a notification when you start to use tap water, stop using it or when the owner or user is changed.

In case of malfunction of tap water
If you find a malfunction or leaking of tap water, please turn off water intake valve in the meter box and contact the waterworks contractors designated by the city.

When you suspect a tap water leak
There is a colored red and silver hexagonal top inside the water meter. Turn all faucets off and if you still see the top turning, then it is likely there is a leak of water somewhere on the property. Contact the waterworks contractors designated by the city.

Icing of water pipes
There may be some occasions where water pipes or lines may either ice over or explode in extremely cold seasons. You may apply some preventive measures by putting some heat insulation or anti-icing materials around water pipes.
