Issuance of a maternity nursing record book
If you get pregnant, please submit a pregnancy report form to the Health Center and have your maternity nursing record book issued. It will be required for pregnant woman to have a medical check up, infant medical check up and vaccinations.

Parental class
It provides an opportunity to learn about pregnancy, giving birth and child rearing and offers a forum where you meet people and exchange relevant information. Fathers are also welcome.



Upon child birth

Notification of birth
Application is required within 14 days, counting the first day of the birth. For application, an application form of Birth Notification, maternity nursing record book and a inkan (name stamp) are required.
