Issuance of a maternity nursing record book
If you get pregnant, please submit a pregnancy report form to the Health Center and have your maternity nursing record book issued. It will be required for pregnant woman to have a medical check up, infant medical check up and vaccinations.
Parental class
It provides an opportunity to learn about pregnancy, giving birth and child rearing and offers a forum where you meet people and exchange relevant information. Fathers are also welcome.

Upon child birth |

Notification of birth
Application is required within 14 days, counting the first day of the birth. For application, an application form of Birth Notification, maternity nursing record book and a inkan (name stamp) are required. |
